Bioshock Infinite receives a release date

After more than two years since the launch of Bioshock 2,  Irrational Games developer announced the release date of the new game, Bioshock Infinite, October 19, 2012.
The game will hit the American market three days earlier and global versions will be released simultaneously for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
Bioshock Infinite is not a direct sequel to the first two games of the series Bioshock.The underwater city Rapture was abandoned to the detriment of a floating city, Columbia, built by the US at the beginning of the last century and then abandoned outside international jurisdictions.
Unusually, Irrational Games has already released a consistent preview with more than seven months before launch Bioshock Infinite.
