The new Apple tablet has set a sales record for Apple, the company sold 3 million iPads, in the weekend after the release, in North America, Japan and several European countries.
Apple said it has sold 3 million iPads in recent days, three or more tablets than estimated sales in the first days of the iPad 2 release.
The new iPad with a Retina Display screen that has a resolution of 2048x1536 and a new generation of Apple A5X, promises long-term big profits for Apple.
