MWC 2012: Sony Xperia U, Xperia P and Xperia S

Sony has brought three handsets at MWC Barcelona 2012. It's the triad of Xperia U P and S and S.The new Xperia phones are interesting phones with top cameras and hardware specifications that don't fit in super-smartphone sand quad-core segment like those from LG, HTC and Huawei.
The smartphones specifications are:
Sony Xperia U
-3.5-inch LED-backlit LCD screen and 480x854 pixel resolution and 16 million colors;
-NovaThor U8500 dual-core 1 GHz processor ;
-Android 2.3 Gingerbread;
-3G, Wi-Fi b / g / n Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth, microUSB, NFC;
-5 megapixel camera that shoots HD with 30 fps;
-sound quality provided by xLoud audio technologies, 3D surround sound;
-available in the second quarter of 2012 in white or black and pink interchangeable cover or yellow for the phone base .
Sony Xperia P
-4-inch  LED-backlit LCD screen with 540x960 pixel resolution and 16 million colors;
-NovaThor U8500 dual-core 1GHz processor, 1 GB RAM, 16 GB of storage;
-Android 2.3 Gingerbread  and  promised  update to Android 4.0 ICS;
-3G, Wi-Fi b / g / n Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth, microUSB, NFC;
-8-megapixel camera, 8x digital zoom, autofocus, LED flash, geo-agging, touch focus, face and smile -detection, 3D sweep panorama, image stabilization, continuous autofocus shooting at 1080p, a 1.3 Megapixel front camera;
-1320 mAh battery;

Sony Xperia S
-4.3 inches LED-backlit LCD screen of  with 720x1280 pixels resolution  and 16 million colors;
-Qualcomm dual-core processor at 1 GHz, 220 adreno GPU, 1 GB RAM, 32 GB of storage;
-Android 2.3 Gingerbread  and update to Android 4.0;
